Set just one street back from the delicious daily provencale market in a quiet pedestrian street, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is spacious, bright and modern and gives fabulous roof-top views from the large terrace. This property will charm you and make you wish you could stay longer.

This property has has a complete and total renovation to create what is now the most bright and inviting space to escape and relax.  The whole property has reversible air-conditioning making it a comfortable place regardless of the weather outside.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 are double bedrooms with king-size beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds with an additional pull out single bed if required. Bedroom number one has an ensuite shower room with a good sized shower cubicle, WC and handbasin. Both double bedrooms have good sized wardrobes with lots of hanging space and the bunk bedroom has a hanging rail.

There is also a separate studio apartment above (A01) which can be rented with this apartment to sleep up to an additional 3 people, the studio also comes with a stunning roof terrace that gets the sun all day long.


This property is located in the heart of Old Antibes just one minute walk from the delicious Provencale market which is open every morning in Summer (closed on Mondays only out of season). One side of the apartment overlooks the market, on the other side the apartment opens onto a pedestrian street and there are restaurants, cafes and boutiques galore all around, one of the closest restaurants is the well known 'Brulot', which is a favourite of many visitors.

Floor / Building

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a tradional building with no lift, so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. The climb up the communal stairs make the clean bright interior of the apartment even more welcoming.

Living Area

The living room has plenty of space to relax on the sofas in front of the television, the tv has the ability to show British channels and films, there is also a DVD player if you decide to stay in for the evening. There is also the ability to listen to music on the Sound Bar of the Stereo.  There is a choice of dining areas between the indoor dining table, the smart breakfast bar and the spacious table out on the covered terrace.  The terrace has lights for evening dining and also ceiling fans to create some extra breeze if needed. The terrace also has comfy sofas at one end making it the perfect place to relax and chat at the end of the day.  New for 2017 the terrace now has an automatic transparent blind making the terrace snug in the chillier evenings in the winter months.


In addition to the ensuite shower room in bedroom 1, there is a family shower room with a large walk in shower, handbasin and WC.


The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. There is a fridgefreezer, full size oven and hob, washing machine and tumble-drier. With the closeness of the provencale daily market as well as the boulangeries, it is a simple and easy delight in this kitchen to immerse yourself in the flavours of Provence.


The apartment is air-conditioned through-out and is fitted with double-glazing.There is wifi internet access for those who need to keep in touch.

The appartment is beautiful and sophisticated furnished: There are a living room with an impressive roof terrace with lounge character, 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in Antibes near the market Provençal, the Picasso museum, the harbour and the seaside. It is easily to find and not far away from the central station. It is sophisticated furnished and the kichen is equipped with all necessary things to spend a good time with family and friends (6-7 persons) and preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner together if you don't always want to eat outside, what would be possible, too, because you're right in the city center and with lots of interesting bars, restaurants and shops around. One week is much to short to stay. Next time we will stay at least 2 weeks. Our hosts were very helpful and could be reached in case of questions, so we plan to get back to this nice holiday destination next year. Thank you so much!

The apartment had everything you might need, even a salad spinner, and a great space to eat in using all of the fabulous shopping from the food market nearby. We were close to beaches, great walks and fabulous shopping. The owner on booking was so helpful with instructions and Jo who met us upon arrival couldn't be more welcoming. We will definitely be back.
